Miami Heat Vs. Indiana Pacers Playoff Schedule (Yahoo! Contributor Network)
The 2012 Eastern Conference Playoffs have moved to the second round and the NBA has released most of the schedule for the Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers series. In the first round of the 2012 NBA Playoffs, the Heat defeated the New York Knicks in five games. The Pacers also took only five games to eliminate the Orlando Magic and now the two winners meet in the second round.

It looks like the New York Knicks will commit to bringing Jeremy Lin back to the team. Lin is a free agent at the end of the 2012 NBA Playoffs, making him available on the open market. As a restricted free agent though, the Knicks have the right to match any offer extended by another franchise.

As the offseason approaches for the New York Knicks, it has become quite obvious that the team has to make a lot of roster decisions before the 2012-13 NBA season. Eight of the players on the 15-man roster will become free agents and the team is already near the salary cap threshold. I think this will make it difficult for the team to make too many changes before next season.
